Preventing lower back pain before hitting the course
Lower back pain is a problem that plagues many people who play sports, including golf. Failing to address this time can hinder your golf performance and make it difficult to improve your drive accuracy. However, Spine-Health.com says there are a few ways that you can prevent lower back pain and perform to the best of your ability.
First, make sure to stretch out extensively before hitting the links. Similar to other sports, golf requires you to be limber enough to drive the ball long distances. This means properly loosening your muscles to prevent injury.
Next, remember to practice your swing before tee time. Getting your body accustomed the course and the ball can make sure that you're prepared to handle all 18 holes.
Finally, make sure you're carrying your golf bag properly to prevent lower back pain. Because the weight of clubs can wear on you, ensure that you use the strap and distribute the weight evenly to avoid injury.
Of course, don't forget to take a bite out of an IQPlus golf bar to potentially improve your drive accuracy once you're ready to tee off.
